SHAPING CLAY seeks to give a current, selective view of noteworthy works by clay makers based in Singapore. These point to the future of Singapore ceramics – works that are artistic, innovative, fresh, creative, stretching the boundaries of ceramic work, that may have a sense of cultural identity and imagination.
