HOW TO APPLY

 

The application form and payment require about 10 to 12 minutes to complete

 

1. On the application form, enter the name and contact details of the MAIN APPLICANT.  We will contact only the MAIN APPLICANT regarding all matters of participation, including  for social media, participant kits, and booth name. 

 

2. Make your payment on the form by PayNow. If you are unable to use this payment method, please email us to send a bank transfer.

 

3. Fill in your entry details required for us to approve your application. Prepare this information before filling the form. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

• Name of Main Applicant, studio, contact email and mobile number 

• Names of all participants, their studios and contact details.

• If you are applying for more than 1 booth and have more than 3 participants (for  Tables) or 5 participants (for Stands) please use more than 1 form so that each form corresponds with the participants for that booth.

• Social media link for Instagram, Facebook or TikTok (this is very important for us to understand your clay making work. If you don’t have social media, send us a link with images of your recent works. We strongly recommend that you have an active Instagram account about your work as that will help us to publicise your work if accepted.)

 

4. Application Deadline

Applications for CMM26 close at 23:59h on 7 July 2026 

• The Organizers will confirm acceptance of applications by 21 July 2026.

• The Organizers will send updates and information about CMM26 to the main applicant by email.
